Check if a site or game server is down, without leaving Discord

Add the isitdown.io bot to your server and anyone can run a real check in chat. Every answer comes from live probes we run at that moment — four independent HTTP methods for websites, the native protocol for Minecraft servers — not from crowd reports or a third-party feed.

The bot isn't published yet. It's built and running, but the public invite isn't live on this deployment. In the meantime you can check anything from the homepage or wire alerts to a Discord channel via a Discord webhook.

What it can and can't see

The bot needs only permission to send messages. It does not read your channel history and does not request the message-content intent — it answers slash commands and nothing else. Results are the same probes behind every page on this site, so a verdict in Discord and a verdict on isitdown.io can't disagree.
